Would 1&'1' produce 0 on CoffeeScript? If so, you can write b=1&'1' .

I forgot that ~1 == -2 . But (b=0=='0')+0 can be written as +(b=0=='0') . Or b=+(0=='0') . That should cut off 1 byte.

Nice! I think you can save a byte with +(b=0=='0') instead of +0 !
