Jan 28, 2021 at 17:24 comment added user @user202729 It isn't, but as xigoi pointed out, the question was unclear the way it was, so I had to edit it. I'm not sure what you mean about the C++ one, though. Do you that it could be interpreted as a Peano number somehow?
Jan 28, 2021 at 16:48 comment added user202729 You know, it's t isn't a good idea to edit the question after it's posted; but even in that case you can claim that the output is in assembly embedded at a specific location in the binary for the C++ compilation case.
Jan 28, 2021 at 13:40 comment added user @xigoi I've added rules for input and output now. Let me know if it needs more work.

Jan 28, 2021 at 12:36 comment added user @xigoi You can convert to numbers and do arithmetic and convert back to Peano, as long as it happens at compile time. Nothing wrong with that.

Jan 28, 2021 at 9:11 comment added xigoi Also, what determines whether the numbers are represented in Peano arithmetic? I flagged the question as "needs more clarity".
Jan 28, 2021 at 8:54 comment added xigoi @Kaddath That depends entirely on the language.

Jan 28, 2021 at 8:32 comment added Kaddath @xigoi I feel there is some validity in your comment, but wouldn't converting to regular numbers and doing the arithmetic happen in run time instead of compile time?
Jan 28, 2021 at 6:08 comment added xigoi This seems like a kind of non-observable requirement. What prevents us from converting the numbers to a regular representation, doing the arithmetic and converting back?
