Good Point @ace i have removed <string.h> .Was trying to get buf overflow using string functions.Finally found this to be more simple.Brackets are habit :)

<string.h> isn't used, so you may want to remove it. Also, while being syntactically valid, why did you put the bracket around the 0 in the return statement?
