@DomHastings Here we go. In addition to forbidding some control variables with system-dependent content, I'm also trying to steer you away from constructing numbers as the length of a list. If you're stuck, start with / instead of ? , it lets you do pretty interesting things, but I eventually decided that it was an unnecessary indulgence.

@DomHastings Nice! Pretty different from my solution. I'm going to make another challenge that forbids $^X , but first I want to try and see if I can close another loophole.

Cracked, although if this isn't the intended solution, adding \x18 to the output would give me another chance to figure out how to generate a !

My solution technically uses an implementation detail, but one that works very broadly. | |
