Dec 27, 2017 at 20:51 comment added Sparr I think it might be possible to produce a pathological order of play with a double 12 set of dominoes that cannot avoid self intersection. It's definitely possible with larger sets. Let's just ignore those cases. Worst case, they can be solved by bending the line in 3D :)
