This produces a list of several IP addresses for me, but none of them seem to be my external address; I may not be interpreting things correctly, though. I can get my external IP address from something like WolframAlpha["ip address", {{"IPAddress:InternetData", 1}, "ComputableData"}][[1,2]] but I don't know how to get at that more directly.
