It easy to see that odd numbers can be written as a sum of two consecutive numbers, and therefore any number that's not a power of two can be written as a sum of consecutive numbers.
Wait. What? On one hand you complain that the question is easy and not interesting and then you downvote me (-2 for me). On the other hand you post 25% of answers on this question (+70 for you).
I don't understand the down votes. It's an easy question which, as Joey guessed, was meant to be brute forced, but judging by the number of answers people seem to like it.
