For challenges that involve the physical layout or physical manipulation of source-code.

Also popularly known as source-craft or sourcery, the source-layout tag should be used when the physical arrangement of the characters in the source-code is a component of the challenge.

For example, in a source-layout context the hypothetical program MYCODE is just a block of 6 indistinct characters. A source-layout challenge might require that running the code backwards (EDOCYM) or that moving every other character to the next line


do entirely different things than running the code normally.
