This tag is for challenges which require answers to still work when a random edit to the source code is made.

Radiation hardening refers to the act of making code (or hardware) safe from the random changes caused by high energy particles encountered in places like outer space or nuclear accidents where such particles are common.

On PPCG radiation damage may be simulated by removing, adding or changing a character, or some other random change to the source code of a program.

The goal of challenges tagged should be to have the code still work after many or all of the possible changes.
