That's amazing. :D I was trying to design a cop where those two solutions (going to side-length 3 and using # on 9) were possible but always ended up with cops that also had boring shortcuts. I was looking for ages whether there was a way to make the # solution work with the | in the centre but didn't find one. Nice work on sorting that out anyway! :)
