You can remove ÆD , it's not like there are more partitions that are going to be created like this, it's just going to take a lot more time (times out for \$x\ge21\$).

I think you can replace L€ by Ẉ . I guess I have a advantage over all other Jelly programmers as I have no idea how to type all of these characters and copy and paste them from the "Atoms" and "Quicks" pages on the wiki like a very odd person and get to automatically read all of the documentation every time.

While preparing a input for the OEIS superseeker, I created a 11-byte likely golfable Jelly program (that uses a different approach), and am unlikely to post a Jelly answer so I'll pretend I golfed a byte from your solution: ÆE×8‘½’:2S‘ (it works with the power of the OEIS "formula" section for A003056). Disclaimer: it might be wrong, but it works on the test cases.
