Started programming with BASIC in DOS, continued to Visual Basic in Windows 3.1.
Gave up desktop programming in favour of the web in the late 90s. Many dark years of PHP followed.
Studied CS but work got in the way of graduation.
Can find my way around in C/C++/Java.
First got interested in Python when the game Battlefield 2 shipped with Python scripting support.
Currently working as Python backend web developer at ESN Social Software.
